The GFS Piston Channel Cap Seal is an O-ring energized PTFE capped bi-directional piston seal. The Channel Cap Seal performs with anti-extrusion, low friction and low wear properties. The seal retrofits standard AS-568 size o-ring groove dimensions, and has been designed to improve the performance of a single O-ring. The symmetrical cross section of the seal allows for strong responsiveness from both directions, and works especially well for small diameters due to its design and easy installation. This sealing assembly is supplied standard with an FKM energizing O-ring, other elastomers can be supplied upon request.
